Spring is finally here & everything in our yard is blooming. The previous owners were a little Rhodie happy because we have every color imaginable. There a lot of other flowering plants that I have no idea what are but they are pretty. I love how everything seemed to turn bright green over night. All the trees have their leaves back & the grass grows like crazy!
We have a couple of these beautiful Magnolia trees that have these big purple flowers & others that have big white daisy looking flowers. Thanks to my horticulturist (Brenda) who helped me identify what they were.

We USED to have two of these plants but without the flowers they look like big weeds. So, Ron decided to weed wack one and then a few days later this other one bloomed these beautiful, big, pink flowers. Oh well, I think the other one will eventually grow back!

We have some overnight visitors that are using our flowers as a soft bed. Hopefully it's just a couple of deer and not some huge, hungry, animal.
I have a bunch of plants waiting to be planted in my garden but my boss (Madelyn) only allows me a 1/2 hour per day in my garden. Considering most of these are planned to be made into baby food, I would think she would allow me more time. Maybe she takes after her daddy and is not a fan of veggies.
These lillies I actually grew myself. They are the first flowers I have planted that have survived. But they are the first flowers I have planted in a state that allows things other than cactus to grow.
